It’s hard to beat the savoury satisfaction of sitting down to a delicious, wholesome meal you cooked yourself. There’s something about the chop, prep and sizzle which always makes the food taste better.

But on a busy night, when you’re low on time, cooking from scratch isn’t always the most appetizing choice. That’s why we decided to create our 10-Minute Meals. Not fast food but real food, fast. Since launching these time-saving 10-minute recipes last year the range has been a HUGE hit!

Being the ingredient-obsessed food-lovers we are though, we know there’s always room for improvement. So we’ve been listening to your feedback and we’re happy to announce that we’ve made our 10-Minute recipes better than ever! With healthy options from Joe Wicks and premium ingredients like salmon and steak, so you can still enjoy something extra special, quicktime.

Here are a few of our new favourite speedy suppers…

10-Min Cheat’s Chicken & Mushroom Biryani

Upgrade your take-away this week with a healthy spin on an Indian classic from The Body Coach. With a new and improved roasted garlic paste you’ll get rich slow-cooked flavour in a matter of minutes.

For a healthy twist, Joe’s added brown rice, natural yoghurt and fresh baby spinach. Combine with pre-diced chicken to cut down on prep and you’ve got yourself a quick, wholesome, curry that will give your local curry house favourite a run for its money on flavour!
