To dine on these tasty tacos with Paloma Faith, you’ll coat tender fish fillets in spices and crisp them up in a pan. Once golden, layer them in warm tortillas with sweet roasted pepper and a tangy coriander mayo. Delicious!

If you can’t get hold of the spices, try using a Mexican spice blend or fajita seasoning instead.

Dietary Information:

  • Fish

You could make these fish tacos vegan by switching the fish to tofu.

  • Gluten

Make this dish Gluten-Free by switching flour tortillas for corn tortillas and soy sauce for tamari soy sauce.

  • Soya

Simply take out the soy sauce to make this dish soya-free, and season with salt to taste.

  • Egg

Make your meal vegan by switching the mayo to vegan mayo.

Homemade chicken kievs may be easier than you think. You and Nick Grimshaw will coat British chicken breasts in breadcrumbs, pan fry until golden and serve with a dollop of rich garlic and herb butter. Classic comfort at its finest!

If you can’t get hold of green beans, frozen peas are a great swap.

Dietary Information:

  • Egg

Swap this for eggless mayonnaise mixed with water so it’s the same consistency as a beaten egg.

You can also use milk (non-dairy if needs be) after coating in flour!

  • Milk

Replace butter with olive spread or sunflower spread to make this dish dairy-free.

  • Gluten

Use gluten-free breadcrumbs to make your chicken kiev coeliac-friendly.

Caramelise not one, but two mushroom varieties to add fast, savoury flavour to this luxurious vegetarian risotto, which David Haye will be eating as well! Sprinkle with chives and a good grind of pepper to serve. Buon appetito!

Any type of mushroom would work, and parsley or basil would be a good swap for chives

  • Milk

Switch the clotted cream for any dairy-free alternative (we’d recommend oat cream). Switch out the cheese for a sprinkling of nutritional yeast to make vegan

  • Celery

To avoid, simply use a stock cube that doesn’t include celery in the ingredients.
