Have a look and see which one takes your fancy – the chefs at Gousto have chosen them especially for the occasion, so they can be adapted and customised to suit any dietary needs, personal tastes, or supermarket limitations.
To dine on these tasty tacos with Paloma Faith, you’ll coat tender fish fillets in spices and crisp them up in a pan. Once golden, layer them in warm tortillas with sweet roasted pepper and a tangy coriander mayo. Delicious!
If you can’t get hold of the spices, try using a Mexican spice blend or fajita seasoning instead.
You could make these fish tacos vegan by switching the fish to tofu.
Make this dish Gluten-Free by switching flour tortillas for corn tortillas and soy sauce for tamari soy sauce.
Simply take out the soy sauce to make this dish soya-free, and season with salt to taste.

If you can’t get hold of green beans, frozen peas are a great swap.
Swap this for eggless mayonnaise mixed with water so it’s the same consistency as a beaten egg.
You can also use milk (non-dairy if needs be) after coating in flour!
