Gousto Terms and Conditions for Influencer Code Sharing

By posting Shake Sprinkle Investment Limited’s ((“Gousto” or “our”) discount code (the “Discount Code”) provided to you by Gousto in relation to Gousto’s recipe boxes (the “Product”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. You will receive €25 per Code (the “Acquisition Payment”) that is used by a new customer to sign up to Gousto and purchase the Product (each, an “Acquisition”). You acknowledge and agree that Gousto retains sole authority for determining how many Acquisitions you have achieved.
2. Gousto reserves the right to:
   1. amend the Acquisition Payment at any time by notifying you; and/or
   2. revoke or discontinue any Code provided to you at any time.
3. You agree to:
   1. post the Code and advertise the Product in a competent manner and not make any derogatory statement relating to Gousto or the Product; and
   2. at the request of Gousto, remove any posts you have made in respect of Gousto, the Code or the Product.
4. Any payments made to you under these terms and conditions shall be managed by Buck & Hound, our third-party PR agency, who will collect and verify your payment details on our behalf.
5. You shall not acquire any rights to any Gousto materials used by you in your posts. We grant you a non-exclusive, limited, worldwide licence to use such materials solely for the purpose of posting about the Code and the Product. Any goodwill derived from the use of Gousto materials by you shall accrue to us.
6. Both Gousto and you shall ensure that we comply with the requirements of all legislation and regulatory requirements in force from time to time relating to the use of personal data, including (without limitation) any data protection legislation from time to time in force in Ireland and Europe including the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679).
