Cooking Instructions
Instructions for 2 people (double for 4)

Preheat the oven to 220°C/ 200°C (fan)/ 425°F/ Gas 7

Cut the potatoes (skins on) into chips and add to a baking tray with a generous drizzle of vegetable oil and a pinch of salt

Put the tray in the oven for 25-30 min or until crisp


While the chips are in the oven, peel and chop (or grate) the garlic as finely as you can

Slice the tomato[es] into rounds


Remove and wash the outer leaves from the little gem lettuce and set aside for later

Finely shred the inner core


Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper

Add the Ultimate Vegan Burger patties to one side of the tray and put in the oven for 10-12 min or until cooked through


While the patties are in the oven, add the free-from mayonnaise to a bowl with the chopped garlic, smoked paprika, 1 tbsp [2 tbsp] cold water, a drizzle of vegetable oil and a pinch of salt and pepper

Give everything a good mix up then stir through the white wine vinegar – this is your burger sauce


Once the patties are cooked, remove the tray from the oven and top each patty with a slice of vegan cheese – these are your cheesy vegan patties

Slice the plant-based brioche buns in half and add them to the other side of the tray

Return the tray to the oven for 3-4 min or until the cheese has melted and the plant-based brioche is warmed through


Meanwhile, add the shredded little gem lettuce to a bowl with half of the burger sauce (save the rest for later!) and give it a good mix up – this is your lettuce slaw
