Cooking Instructions
Instructions for 2 people (double for 4)
1  Emergency Pork Noodles

Boil a kettle

Peel and finely chop (or grate) the garlic

2  Emergency Pork Noodles

Heat a large, wide-based pan (preferably non-stick) over a medium-high heat with 1 tbsp [2 tbsp] vegetable oil

Once hot, add the pork mince with a pinch of salt, sugar and pepper and cook for 3 min or until starting to brown, breaking it up as you go

3  Emergency Pork Noodles

Meanwhile, add the noodles to a pot and cover with boiled water until fully submerged

Bring to the boil over a high heat and cook for 5-7min until tender with a slight bite

Once cooked, drain, return to the pot and set aside

4  Emergency Pork Noodles

Crumble the stock cube[s] into the pork mince with the smoked paprika, garlic and dill 

Cook for 1-2 min

Meanwhile, add the Dijon to a measuring jug with 200ml [400ml] boiling water

5  Emergency Pork Noodles

Add 1 tbsp [2 tbsp] flour to the pan and stir thoroughly

Add the Dijon/water mixture to the pan and continue to stir - this will create a sauce

6  Emergency Pork Noodles

Slice the spring onions finely, discarding the root ends

Chop the parsley finely, including the stalks

7  Emergency Pork Noodles

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the clotted cream

Stir the noodles, spring onion and parsley into the pan
