Trim, then slice the spring onion[s] finely
Drain and pat the mozzarella dry with kitchen paper (squeeze as much liquid out as you can!)
Tear the drained mozzarella into rough, bite-sized pieces
Divide the hickory smoked BBQ sauce between the pizza bases and spread it evenly all over them with the back of a spoon
Top the pizza bases with the torn mozzarella
Add the pulled pork and sliced spring onion and season with a pinch of salt and pepper
Drizzle with some olive oil and put the tray in the oven for 13-15 min or until the cheese has melted and the bases are crispy – these are your BBQ pulled pork pizzas
Meanwhile, peel and finely chop (or grate) the garlic
Combine the chopped garlic with the mayonnaise, dried oregano and 1 tbsp [2 tbsp] cold water – this is your garlic dip
Serve the BBQ pulled pork pizzas with the garlic dip to the side
Enjoy!
