Cooking Instructions
Instructions for 2 people (double for 4)
1 Cheesy Cod & Spinach Gratin

Preheat the oven to 220°C/ 200°C (fan)/ 425°F/ Gas 7

Boil half a kettle

Slice the potatoes (skins on) into discs, approx. 1cm thick

2 1410.

Add the potato slices to a baking tray

Drizzle the potatoes generously with vegetable oil, then season generously with both salt and pepper

Put the tray in the oven for 20-30 min or until the potatoes are cooked through and crispy – these are your potato discs

3 1410.

While the potatoes are in the oven, dissolve 1/2 [1] Knorr vegetable stock cube and the soft cheese in 100ml [150ml] boiled water – this is your creamy stock

Grate the cheddar cheese

4 1410.

Wash and drain the baby leaf spinach, then add it to an oven-proof dish

5 1410.

Pour the creamy stock all over the washed spinach

6 1410.

Place the cod fillets on top of the spinach and season with a pinch of salt and pepper

7 1410.

Sprinkle the panko breadcrumbs and grated cheese all over the fish

Drizzle over a little olive oil and put the dish in the oven for 15-20 min or until the fish is cooked through – this is your cheesy cod & spinach gratin

Tip: Your fish is cooked once it flakes easily
