Now, let's get started!

Boil half a kettle

Chop the green beans roughly (chop them in one bunch for speed!)

3 Ten-Min Coconut Fish Curry With Green Beans

Heat a large, wide-based pan (preferably non-stick with a matching lid), with a generous drizzle of vegetable oil over a medium heat

Slice the red chilli[es] finely

4 Ten-Min Coconut Fish Curry With Green Beans

Once hot, add the curry powder, ground turmeric and ginger paste and cook for 30 secs

Add 250ml [500ml] boiled water and bring to the boil over a high heat

Remove the coconut cream from the sachet[s] and chop it roughly

Add the chopped coconut cream to the pan with the chopped green beans, a pinch of salt and 1 tsp [2 tsp] sugar

Give everything a good mix up and cook for 1 min

6 10-Min Coconut Fish Curry With Green Beans

Squeeze the pouch[es] of steamed brown basmati rice to separate the grains

Tear the top corner of the pouch[es] (just a little!) and put the pouch in the microwave for 2 min or until piping hot

Tip: If you're cooking two packets, pop them in together but increase the microwave cook time accordingly

7 Ten-Min Coconut Fish Curry With Green Beans

Sit the haddock bites over the sauce and cook, covered, for 4 min or until cooked through

Note: Please make sure you cook your fish thoroughly (until piping hot!) as cooking equipment varies

Once done, gently stir everything together – this is your coconut fish curry

Tip: Add a splash more water if your curry is looking a little thick!
