2 1654 - 10-Min Nasi Goreng With Sriracha

Now, let's get started!

Squeeze the pouch[es] of steamed brown basmati rice to separate the grains

Tear the top corner of the pouch[es] (just a little!) and microwave for 2 min or until piping hot

Tip: If you're cooking two pouches, pop them in together but increase the microwave cook time accordingly

3 Ten-Min Nasi Goreng With Sriracha

Top, tail, peel and grate the carrot[s]

4 Ten-Min Nasi Goreng With Sriracha

Heat a large, wide-based pan (preferably non-stick) with a drizzle of vegetable oil over a medium-high heat

Trim, then slice the spring onions roughly

5 Ten-Min Nasi Goreng With Sriracha

Once the pan is hot, add the steamed brown basmati rice with the roasted garlic pastegrated carrot, shredded kale and spring onion

Add the toasted sesame oilsoy saucechilli flakes (can't handle the heat? Go easy!) and 2 tsp [4 tsp] sugar and cook for 2-3 min or until fully combined

6 Ten-Min Nasi Goreng With Sriracha

Meanwhile, heat a separate, large, wide-based pan (preferably non-stick with a matching lid), with a drizzle of vegetable oil over a medium heat

Once hot, crack the eggs into the pan and cook, covered, for 3 min or until cooked to your liking

7 Ten-Min Nasi Goreng With Sriracha

Slice the cucumber

Add the juice of 1/2 [1] lime to the pan with rice and give everything a good mix up – this is your nasi goreng

Cut the remaining lime into wedges
