Cooking Instructions

1 Asian Tofu Nuggets, Wedges & Spicy Dipping Sauce

Preheat the oven to 220°C/ 200°C (fan)/ 425°F/ Gas 7

Cut the potatoes (skins on) into wedges

 

2 Asian Tofu Nuggets, Wedges & Spicy Dipping Sauce

Add the potato wedges to a baking tray with a drizzle of vegetable oil and a pinch of salt

Add the tray to the oven for 30 min or until golden and crispy

3 Asian Tofu Nuggets, Wedges & Spicy Dipping Sauce

Meanwhile, cut the tofu into 12 [24] nuggets

Press each nugget dry with kitchen roll

Add a handful of flour to a plate

Combine the free-from mayo and soy sauce in a bowl

Combine the panko breadcrumbs and sesame seeds in a separate bowl

5 Asian Tofu Nuggets, Wedges & Spicy Dipping Sauce

Coat the tofu nuggets in the flour, tap off the excess, then add it into the mayo mix until lightly coated and finally press it into the breadcrumb mix firmly to evenly coat all over

Add the tofu nuggets to a baking tray and drizzle each one with vegetable oil

Put the tray in the oven for 20-25 min or until golden and crispy – these are your crispy Asian tofu nuggets

6 Asian Tofu Nuggets, Wedges & Spicy Dipping Sauce

Meanwhile, slice the radishes finely

Grate the carrot[s] (no need to peel!)

Trim, then finely slice the spring onion[s]

Add all of the vegetables to a bowl with the rice vinegar and a pinch of salt and give everything a good mix up – this is your radish slaw

7 Asian Tofu Nuggets, Wedges & Spicy Dipping Sauce

Combine the Sriracha hot chilli sauce (Can't handle the heat? Go easy!), tomato ketchup, toasted sesame oil and a pinch of salt – this is your spicy dipping sauce
