Cuisine

Chinese

Mu Shu, Moo Shu or even Mu Xu, is a northern Chinese dish made popular in the 1960s when American Chinese cuisine was big! Here we've enhanced the flavour with untraditional harissa paste, which gives it a spicy depth of flavour. Served in lettuce boats for the crunch factor. Suits you sir!

2 Fast Mu Shu Pork Lettuce Boats

Heat a large, wide-based pan (preferably non-stick) with a matching lid, with 1 tbsp [2 tbsp] vegetable oil over a high heat

Top, tail and grate the courgette[s]

Trim then slice the spring onion[s] finely
