Preheat the oven to 200°C/ 180°C (fan)/ 395°F/ Gas 6
Combine the pork mince, soy sauce, dried sage, panko breadcrumbs and a generous pinch of black pepper in a bowl
Mix everything together until the breadcrumbs are fully incorporated
Line a baking tray with baking paper
Unwrap the puff pastry and lay it onto the tray
Add the pork mixture and lay it down the centre of the pastry in a sausage shape
Tip: Cooking for 4? Do this twice
Roll the pastry tightly over the pork sausage and continue to roll until the sausage meat is encased with pastry - this is your sausage roll
Make sure the sausage roll is placed seal-side down and carefully score the top with a sharp knife
Season along the top with a pinch of salt
Cut the potatoes into chips (skins on) and add them to a separate baking tray with a drizzle of vegetable oil and a generous pinch of salt
Put both trays in the oven for 25-30 min or until the chips are golden and the sausage roll is golden and cooked through (no pink meat!)
Whilst everything is in the oven, combine the cranberry sauce and tomato ketchup in a bowl and season with a pinch of salt – this is your cranberry ketchup
Boil a kettle
Once everything has been in the oven for 25 mins, add the green beans to a pot, cover them with boiled water (just enough to cover them) with a pinch of salt
Bring to the boil over a high heat and cook for 3-4 min or until tender
Once done, drain
Slice the sausage roll in half and serve with the chips, green beans and cranberry ketchup to the side
