Get all your ingredients and equipment ready

Note: Equipment and pan sizes vary. Make sure you cook food thoroughly (even if it takes you a little longer than 10 mins)
Now, let's get started!
Boil a kettle
Heat a large, wide-based pan (preferably non-stick) with a drizzle of vegetable oil over a medium-high heat
Once hot, add the salmon fillets, season with a pinch of salt and pepper and cook for 6-7 min, turning once halfway, or until cooked through
Tip: Your fish is cooked through when it's opaque and flakes easily
While the fish is cooking, heat a pot of boiled water over a high heat
Chop the Tenderstem broccoli in half (chop them in one bunch for speed!)
Once the water is boiling, add the Tenderstem broccoli and cook for 2-3 min or until starting to soften
Once starting to soften, add the fine egg noodles and cook for 2 min or until both the noodles and broccoli are both cooked
Squeeze the juice of 1/2 [1] lime into a bowl, and cut the rest into wedges
Add the toasted sesame oil, Sriracha hot chilli sauce, soy sauce and dried chilli flakes (can't handle the heat? Go easy!) to the bowl with lime juice and give everything a good mix up – this is your dressing
Once the noodles and Tenderstem broccoli are done, drain them and drizzle over some vegetable oil
Tip: This stops the noodles from sticking together
Return them to the pan
Stir most of the dressing through the noodles and Tenderstem broccoli (reserve approx. 1 tbsp [2 tbsp] for serving) – these are your spicy sesame noodles
Tip: Add a drizzle of vegetable oil if they are looking dry
Serve the salmon over the spicy sesame noodles in the centre of the table, ready to share
Drizzle the salmon with the remaining dressing and sprinkle over the black sesame seeds
Garnish with a wedge of lime and let everyone dig in
