Cooking Instructions
Instructions for 2 people (double for 4)
1 Crusty Chicken Ciabatta Burger

Preheat the oven to 220°C/ 200°C (fan)/ 425°F/ Gas 7 and cut the potatoes (skins on) into bite-sized pieces

Place them on a baking tray, drizzle with 1 tbsp [2 tbsp] olive oil and season with the dried oregano, salt and pepper

Put them in the oven for 25 min or until golden and crisp

2 Crusty Chicken Ciabatta Burger

Meanwhile, slice the chicken breast[s] in half lengthways, to form 2 [4] thinner pieces 

Tip: press your hand gently over the chicken breast[s] and carefully slice through widthways with a sharp knife

Add the sliced chicken to a plate with the cayenne pepper (Can't handle the heat? Go easy!) and season generously with salt and pepper 

Refrigerate until step 7

4 Crusty Chicken Ciabatta Burger

Meanwhile, slice the spring onion[s] finely, discarding the root end[s]

Add them to a small bowl with the mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil  this is your mayonnaise dressing

Shred the little gem lettuce

6 Crusty Chicken Ciabatta Burger

Add the ciabatta rolls to an oven tray

Put them in the oven for 5 min, or until they're hot

Meanwhile, heat a large, wide-based pan (preferably non-stick) with 1 tbsp [2 tbsp] vegetable oil over a high heat

Once hot, add the sliced chicken and cook for 3 min on each side or until browned

Meanwhile, slice the ciabatta rolls in half
