Get all your ingredients and equipment ready

2 Ten-Min Chicken Tikka Masala With Coriander

Now, let's get started!

Boil a kettle

Heat a large, wide-based pan (preferably non-stick) with a drizzle of vegetable oil over a medium-high heat

Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into wedges

Meanwhile, microwave the steamed pure basmati rice according to packet instructions

Tip: if you're cooking two packets, pop them in together but increase the microwave cook time accordingly!

4 Ten-Min Chicken Tikka Masala With Coriander

Once hot, add the diced chicken to the pan and cook for 2 min

Add the ground fenugreek and tikka curry paste and cook for 1 min further

5 Ten-Min Chicken Tikka Masala With Coriander

Add 100ml [150ml] boiled water with the mango chutney and bring to the boil over a high heat

Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and add the tomato wedges

Cook, covered, for 3 min further, or until the chicken is cooked through

Note: please ensure you cook your chicken thoroughly (until there’s no pink meat and it’s piping hot!) as cooking equipment varies

Meanwhile, snip the coriander with scissors, including the stalks

Once the chicken is cooked through, remove the pan from the heat and stir through the clotted cream – this is your chicken tikka masala
