Nail nibbles this Christmas with these simple and stylish crowd-pleasers! Not sure you can handle\u00a0making lots of fiddly little snacks? Don’t worry, these three are dead simple – yes, you can(ape)!<\/p>\n

Gift Wrapped Dates<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\nSweet, sticky, salty and melty, with a little nutty treat inside. Make loads, these guys are addictive and then some…<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/h4>\n

Medjool dates, blue cheese, pecan nuts, prosciutto\u00a0ham<\/i><\/p>\n

Method:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Push<\/b> the stones out of the dates, fill the centre with blue cheese and push a pecan inside where the stone once was<\/li>\n
  2. Cut<\/b> a slice of prosciutto in two, lengthways<\/li>\n
  3. Wrap<\/b> the prosciutto tightly around the date and bake in the oven at 180\u00b0<\/b>C for about 10 min or until the cheese has started to just melt<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Cool Salmon Bites<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    \nChill out while you effortlessly serve up these cool, creamy, crunchy bites.<\/p>\n

    Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Smoked salmon, cucumber, cream cheese, lemon, dill, black pepper<\/i><\/p>\n

    1. Cut<\/b> the cucumber into large rounds, scoop out some of the inner seeds with a teaspoon and fill the hole with cream cheese
      \nTip: scrape some cream cheese over with a knife for a smooth finish<\/em><\/li>\n
    2. Top<\/b> with smoked salmon and add a squeeze of lemon, a frond of dill and a grind of black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Clementine & Goats Cheese Boats<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      This canape and its ingredients are dripping with class, but it’s really nothing more than some bits and bobs cleverly put together.<\/p>\n

      Ingredients:<\/h4>\n

      \u00a0Toasted pistachios, soft mild goats’ cheese, clementine, red chicory<\/i><\/p>\n

      Method:<\/h4>\n

      1. Roll<\/b> some soft, mild goats’ cheese into a thin log<\/li>\n
      2. Chop<\/b> your toasted pistachios roughly and roll the goats’ cheese in them<\/li>\n
      3. Separate<\/strong> the chicory leaves, add the goats cheese and a wedge of clementine<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
