It usually comes in the form of a long, wand-like lolly, and is the perfect pud after an Indian feast. Cooling, creamy, decadent, perfumed and pretty. It&#8217;s a proper little lady.<\/p>\n<p>The good news? It&#8217;s easy as anything.<\/p>\n<p>The better news? It tastes blooming delicious.<\/p>\n<p>The bad news? There is no bad news. We&#8217;d even go as far to say we prefer it to ice-cream.<\/p>\n<p>In a nod towards an English Rose Garden, we&#8217;ve opted for flavours of Rose and Earl Grey. Perfect eaten on the lawn on a cool summer&#8217;s evening.<\/p>\n<p>A showstopper that guarantee&#8217;s you&#8217;ll come out smelling of roses!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><strong>Serves:<\/strong> 4<br \/>\n<strong>Preparation Time:<\/strong> 10min<br \/>\n<strong>Freezing Time:<\/strong> 3hrs or overnight<\/p>\n<p><strong>You&#8217;ll Need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300ml double cream<\/li>\n<li>300ml tinned evaporated milk<\/li>\n<li>4 earl grey tea bags<\/li>\n<li>100g caster sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp rosewater<\/li>\n<li>a handful of toasted pistachios to garnish (optional)<\/li>\n<li>4 kulfi moulds or tin pudding moulds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Put the cream,\u00a0evaporated\u00a0milk, sugar and rosewater in a pan. Snip open the tea bags and add them.
