Happy April! The weather’s jumping\u00a0from lightning storms to perfect sunshine, so we’ve created this\u00a0banoffee fool<\/strong> fusion recipe to help bridge the gap until the warm summer months.<\/p>\n

Fool is a summery dessert. It taps into the delicious\u00a0array of fine British berries, such as the gooseberry, to create a bastion of the nation’s\u00a0summertime cuisine. We’ve done away with the berries as they aren’t in season yet, replacing them with banana, pecans, oaty biscuits and a homemade salted toffee sauce. The sugar rush will keep you warm until summer!<\/p>\n
