It also happens to be probably the\u00a0easiest dessert ever to make.\u00a0 If you\u2019re throwing a\u00a0Royal Wedding\u00a0party, make this\u00a0<strong>Strawberry Fool with Shortbread Crumbs\u00a0<\/strong>and all of your guests will feel like royalty.<\/p>\n<h2>Strawberry Fool with Shortbread Crumbs:<\/h2>\n<h3>Ingredients to serve 4:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>250g strawberries<\/li>\n<li>4 tbsp icing sugar<\/li>\n<li>Juice of half a lemon<\/li>\n<li>150g double cream<\/li>\n<li>Shortbread (to serve)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Method:<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> <strong>Remove<\/strong> the stalks from the strawberries and add to a processor<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gousto.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2283 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gousto.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/4.jpg\" alt=\"4\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.
