So grab your friends, order one of our fiery recipes and let the Picant\u00e9 set your night alight.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18548\" src=\"https:\/\/gousto.gurucloud.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Picante-Cocktail-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"5380\" height=\"8055\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Picant\u00e9 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves<\/strong> 2<br \/>\n<strong>Total time<\/strong> 5 minutes (plus freezing time for your ice cubes)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handful of fresh coriander<\/li>\n<li>2 limes<\/li>\n<li>1 chilli (remove the seeds if you like it on the mild side)<\/li>\n<li>Handful of scotch bonnet chillies (for your ice cubes)<\/li>\n<li>50ml sugar syrup<\/li>\n<li>100ml white tequila<\/li>\n<li>50ml triple sec<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Freeze your scotch bonnet chillies and water in an ice cube tray overnight.<br \/>\n2. Roughly chop 1 lime and muddle with the fresh coriander and chopped chilli.<br \/>\n3. Add the lot to a cocktail shaker with the juice of your remaining lime, tequila, sugar syrup and triple sec.<br \/>\n4. Shake with lots of ice.<br \/>\n5.
