Enjoy.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18454\" src=\"https:\/\/gousto.gurucloud.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Hot-Cross-Bun0542.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"5425\" height=\"7234\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Hot Cross Bun Grilled Cheese\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Serves <\/strong>2<\/p>\n<p><strong>Total time <\/strong>10 minutes<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>40g comte<\/li>\n<li>40g gouda<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp butter<\/li>\n<li>2 spring onions<\/li>\n<li>2 Hot Cross Buns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Method<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Step 1\u00a0<\/strong>Grate your cheese, then finely slice your spring onions before mixing both together in a bowl.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong> Slice the hot cross buns in half, load them with your cheese and onion mixture, then press the top firmly down.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3<\/strong> Pop your sandwiches in a cold pan, then turn the heat to medium-low. Wait till the cheese has started to melt before flipping as it will be easier. Use a. small pan (or a burger weight) to press your hot cross buns down in the pan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4<\/strong> Cook your sandwiches on both sides until brown and the cheese is fully melted \u2013 about 10 to 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>What is Gousto?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dinner, but not as you know it.
