Infused with cupboard-staple cardamom and cinnamon for extra punch, these soul-warming Negronis will easily give mulled wine a run for its money.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mrs. Claus\u2019 Margarita<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For seconds, pair your turkey dinner with a sweet, sour, citrus-fuelled clementine marg that doesn\u2019t hold back its zing. Those limes rolling around the back of your fridge will have never tasted better.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Spiced Negroni<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>Serves<\/b>\u00a08<\/p>\n<p><b>Total time <\/b>5 mins<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200ml gin<\/li>\n<li>200ml Campari<\/li>\n<li>200ml vermouth<\/li>\n<li>1 star anise<\/li>\n<li>1 cinnamon stick<\/li>\n<li>3 cardamom pod<\/li>\n<li>1 bay leaf<\/li>\n<li>1 orange (just the peel)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Method<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><b>Step 1<\/b> Pop all your ingredients in a 650ml bottle and leave it in the freezer to chill.<\/p>\n<p><b>Did you know?<\/b> Because of the alcohol quantity, it shouldn&#8217;t freeze completely so you can serve the cocktail straight away.<\/p>\n<p><b>Step 2<\/b> Serve it over a big cube of ice with your orange peel garnish.<\/p>\n<p><b>Top tip:<\/b> Make sure you use a strainer so none of the aromatics come out of the bottle whilst pouring.<\/p>\n<p><b>Step 3<\/b> Cheers.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Clementine Margarita<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>Serves<\/b> 8<\/p>\n<p><b>Total time<\/b> 5 mins<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>400ml tequila<\/li>\n<li>100ml clementine juice<\/li>\n<li>100 ml lime juice<\/li>\n<li>200ml triple sec<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Method<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><b>Step 1<\/b> Pour all your ingredients into an 800ml bottle and pop it in the freezer.<\/p>\n<p><b>Step 2<\/b> Put some sea salt on a small plate and sprinkle over your clementine zest.
