living lettuce<\/li>\n<li>15ml balsamic vinegar<\/li>\n<li>50g soft cheese<\/li>\n<li>32g tomato paste<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp dried oregano<\/li>\n<li>2 flame-baked pizza bases<\/li>\n<li>20g Italian hard cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You\u2019ll also need<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Olive oil, pepper, salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Cooking instructions 30 mins<\/h2>\n<p>For 2 people [double for 4]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"18nu7\" data-offset-key=\"cqtfv-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"cqtfv-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"cqtfv-0-0\">Preheat the oven to 200\u00b0C \/ 180\u00b0C (fan )\/ gas 6. <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"1m19g-0-0\">Put a large baking tray<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"1m19g-0-1\"> (or two)<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"1m19g-0-2\"> in the oven to heat up (this will stop the <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"1m19g-0-3\">pizza bottoms <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"1m19g-0-4\">from going soggy). <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"enrpu-0-0\">Add the<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"enrpu-0-1\"> cherry tomatoes<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"enrpu-0-2\"> to a <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"enrpu-0-3\">tin foil<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"enrpu-0-4\">-lined baking tray, then scrunch the sides up to create a parcel. <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"7qok5-0-0\">Add the <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"7qok5-0-1\">balsamic vinegar<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"7qok5-0-2\">, a drizzle of <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"7qok5-0-3\">olive oil <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"7qok5-0-4\">and a pinch of <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"7qok5-0-5\">salt <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"7qok5-0-6\">and give everything a good mix up.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"18nu7\" data-offset-key=\"7qok5-0-0\">\n<div data-offset-key=\"7qok5-0-0\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"6h38\" data-offset-key=\"d705b-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"d705b-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"d705b-0-0\">Put the tray in the oven and cook for 15 min or until softened. <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"b8tcq-0-0\">Once softened, remove the tray from the oven and set aside to cool in the tin foil parcel \u2013 these are your <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"b8tcq-0-1\">roasted tomatoes.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"6h38\" data-offset-key=\"b8tcq-0-0\">\n<div data-offset-key=\"b8tcq-0-0\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Step 3<\/strong><\/p>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"bpnof\" data-offset-key=\"cdpvm-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"cdpvm-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"cdpvm-0-0\">While the tomatoes are roasting, peel and grate (don&#8217;t chop!) the <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"cdpvm-0-1\">garlic. <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"76h65-0-0\">Combine the<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"76h65-0-1\"> grated garlic<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"76h65-0-2\"> and 1\/3 of the<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"76h65-0-3\"> soft cheese <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"76h65-0-4\">(save the rest for later!) in a small bowl with the <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"76h65-0-5\">tomato paste<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"76h65-0-6\">, <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"76h65-0-7\">half <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"76h65-0-8\">the <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"76h65-0-9\">dried oregano<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"76h65-0-10\">, 4 tbsp <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"76h65-0-11\">[8 tbsp]<\/span> <span data-offset-key=\"76h65-0-13\">cold water <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"76h65-0-14\">and a small pinch of <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"76h65-0-15\">salt. <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"5muo7-0-0\">Give everything a good mix up \u2013 this is your <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"5muo7-0-1\">creamy tomato sauce.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"bpnof\" data-offset-key=\"5muo7-0-0\">\n<div data-offset-key=\"5muo7-0-0\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Step 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"d7t3\" data-offset-key=\"3jvjf-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"3jvjf-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"3jvjf-0-0\">Grate the<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"3jvjf-0-1\"> cheddar cheese. <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"9lpd0-0-0\">Drain the <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"9lpd0-0-1\">mozzarella<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"9lpd0-0-2\">, pat and squeeze as much liquid out as you can with kitchen paper. <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"fqghm-0-0\">Tear the <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"fqghm-0-1\">drained mozzarella<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"fqghm-0-2\"> into small bite-sized pieces. <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"1pi2i-0-0\">Grate the<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"1pi2i-0-1\"> Italian hard cheese.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"d7t3\" data-offset-key=\"1pi2i-0-0\">\n<div data-offset-key=\"1pi2i-0-0\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Step 5<\/strong><\/p>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1bs5d\" data-offset-key=\"1bguc-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"1bguc-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"1bguc-0-0\">Remove the heated tray<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"1bguc-0-1\">[s]<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"1bguc-0-2\"> from the oven and add the <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"1bguc-0-3\">pizza bases. <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"4qu6-0-0\">Divide the <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"4qu6-0-1\">creamy tomato sauce<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"4qu6-0-2\"> between the pizza bases and spread it evenly all over them with the back of a spoon. <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"904cj-0-0\">Top with the <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"904cj-0-1\">grated cheddar<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"904cj-0-2\">, <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"904cj-0-3\">grated Italian hard cheese <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"904cj-0-4\">and<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"904cj-0-5\"> torn mozzarella. <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"6a1ch-0-0\">Dollop the<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"6a1ch-0-1\"> remaining soft cheese <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"6a1ch-0-2\">evenly on top, then sprinkle the <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"6a1ch-0-3\">remaining dried oregano<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"6a1ch-0-4\"> all over.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1bs5d\" data-offset-key=\"6a1ch-0-0\">\n<div data-offset-key=\"6a1ch-0-0\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Step 6<\/strong><\/p>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"4ulrn\" data-offset-key=\"60a9u-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"60a9u-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"60a9u-0-0\">Put the tray<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"60a9u-0-1\">[s]<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"60a9u-0-2\"> in the oven for 13-15 min or until the cheese has melted and the bases are crisp \u2013 these are your <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"60a9u-0-3\">four-cheese pizzas.
