Mix well, then follow with your egg and flour. Mix until fully incorporated and no patches of flour are left.<\/p>\n<p><b>Step 3: <\/b>Cook your cake in the microwave for 2-3 minutes until the top is firm but the centre is still molten. Once mixed, fill the glass full of cream soda. Top with whipped cream and drizzle over the remaining syrup.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Honeydukes_Pumpkin_Pasties\"><\/span>Honeyduke&#8217;s Pumpkin Pasties<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Makes: 8 servings<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Time: 45 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-17500 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/gousto.gurucloud.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/4-Honeydukes-Pumpkin-Pasties-.jpeg\" alt=\"Golden pastry pumpkin pasties on a green plate with an orange dipping sauce.\" width=\"3278\" height=\"3278\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">200g pre-diced frozen butternut squash<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">1 red onion<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">1 garlic clove<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">1 vegetable stock cube<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">100g creme fraiche<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">50g baby leaf salad<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">30g feta cheese<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">320g roll of shortcrust pastry<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Egg or milk to glaze<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cooking steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Step <\/b><b>1:<\/b> Preheat the oven to 200\u00b0C\/ 180\u00b0C (fan). Peel and finely dice the red onions, and peel and finely chop (or grate) the garlic.<\/p>\n<p><b>Step <\/b><b>2:<\/b> Add the butternut squash pieces to a heatproof bowl.\u00a0 Cover the bowl with cling film and pierce a few holes in the top.\u00a0 Put the bowl in the microwave and cook for 5-6 minutes or until the squash pieces are fork-tender.<\/p>\n<p><b>Step <\/b><b>3: <\/b>Heat a large, wide-based pan (preferably non-stick) with a drizzle of olive oil over a medium heat. Once hot, add the diced onion with a pinch of salt and cook for 3-4 minutes or until beginning to soften.\u00a0 Add the chopped garlic and the softened butternut squash cubes and cook for 2 minutes or until fragrant.<\/p>\n<p><b>Step 4: <\/b>Spoon in the cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche and crumble the stock cube into the pan and bring to the boil.\u00a0 Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 5-6 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.\u00a0 Stir in the spinach and crumble in the feta.\u00a0 Gently mash it all together and season with a generous grind of black pepper \u2013 this is your pie filling.<\/p>\n<p><b>Step 5: <\/b>Unroll your pastry, and cut 8 circles (you can use a large cookie cutter if you have one or cut around a small plate or dish).\u00a0 Roll out each pastry circle until slightly thinner and larger.\u00a0 Divide your pie filling between the pastry circles, placing it on one side. Then start with your cheese crackers. Use the tips of your fingers to rub the butter into the flour until it forms a fine breadcrumb texture.\u00a0 Grate the cheese over the bowl using the finest side of your box grater, and stir through.\u00a0 Add the egg yolk and knead together until it forms a crumbly dough.\u00a0 Wrap in clingfilm and refrigerate for 1 hour.<\/p>\n<p><b>Step 2: <\/b>For the cheese balls, finely dice the shallot and celery stalks and chop your herbs.\u00a0 Add to a bowl with the cheeses, lemon juice, lemon zest, and stir. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><b>Step 3: <\/b>Tip the chopped almonds into a frying pan and cook over medium heat, shaking regularly until toasted \u2013 don\u2019t take your eyes off them as they burn easily. Once toasted, pour over a chopping board and roughly chop until fine.<\/p>\n<p><b>Step 4: <\/b>Divide the cheese mixture into 12 and roll into balls. Toss in the chopped nuts and place on a board in the fridge until ready to serve.<\/p>\n<p><b>Step 5: <\/b>Roll out your refrigerated cheese cracker dough and cut out your snitch wings (want a quicker shape?
