Once melted add your stock cube, onion powder and mustard powder, and cook on low for 5 &#8211; 10 minutes. Then add the rest of your ingredients and cook for another 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong> Pour the mixture over your popcorn and give it a good mix to make sure it&#8217;s evenly covered.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Hot and Spicy Chicken Vindaloo\"><strong>Hot and Spicy Chicken Vindaloo<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>100g Popcorn<br \/>\n2 tbsp Butter or Ghee<br \/>\n1 tsp Cayenne pepper \/ Chilli powder<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp Ground Cloves<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp Ground cinnamon<br \/>\n\u00bd tsp Ground cumin<br \/>\n1 tsp Turmeric<br \/>\n1 tsp Fenugreek leaves<br \/>\n1 tsp Salt<br \/>\n10 curry leaves (optional)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong> In a small saucepan, melt your butter over medium heat. Once melted, add all of the spices and curry leaves. Cook until the spices are aromatic and the curry leaves are crispy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong> Pour the mixture over your popcorn and give it a good mix to make sure it&#8217;s evenly covered.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Sweet and Spicy Katsu Curry\"><strong>Sweet and Spicy Katsu Curry<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>100g Popcorn<\/p>\n<p>2 &#8211; 3 tbsp Coconut oil<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp Medium curry powder<\/p>\n<p>1- 2 tsp Maple syrup<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp Turmeric<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp ground ginger<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc tsp Ground white pepper<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong> In a small saucepan, melt your coconut oil over medium heat. Once melted, add your spices and maple syrup, and cook for 5 minutes or until the spices are aromatic.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong> Pour the mixture over your popcorn and give it a good mix to make sure it&#8217;s evenly covered.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Creamy Macaroni Cheese\"><strong>Creamy Macaroni Cheese<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>100g Popcorn<\/p>\n<p>2 &#8211; 3 tbsp Butter or Plant-based butter<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp Nutritional yeast<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp Salt<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp Onion powder<\/p>\n<p>10g Crumbled Blue cheese (optional)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong> In a small saucepan, melt your butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the onion powder, nutritional yeast and salt and cook on low for 5 &#8211; 7 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong> Pour the mixture over your popcorn and give it a good mix to make sure it&#8217;s evenly covered.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3<\/strong> Sprinkle over crumbled blue cheese (if using).<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Bacon and Pineapple Hawaiian Pizza\"><strong>Bacon and Pineapple Hawaiian Pizza<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>100g popcorn<b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>2 tbsp butter<\/p>\n<p>2 rashers crispy bacon (finely chopped)<\/p>\n<p>2 tbsp pineapple juice<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp smoked paprika<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp smoked salt<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong> In a small saucepan, melt your butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the pineapple juice, smoked paprika and smoked salt.
