Say hello to the world\u2019s first edible stock sachets made from peas, a zero-waste alternative to the plastic sachets that carry our vegetable stock powder. The sachet is made by engineering and drying pea protein into sheets that have all the same super powers as plastic, with the ability to protect food, preserving flavour and shelf life.<\/span><\/p>\n

Unlike a normal plastic sachet, you don\u2019t get rid of the packaging when you cook with this stock cube – simply pop the entire thing into the pot, and it will dissolve as you cook it. It\u2019s c<\/span>ompletely edible and flavourless, as well as being vegan and gluten free, making it perfect to stir into stews and sauces.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

So after all the hard work, it\u2019s time to test it out!
