This sweet, spicy salsa is the ideal topping for succulent chicken, BBQ meats and just about anything on the grill. Plus, considering how outrageously delicious it is, it&#8217;s so simple to throw together.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>Cook time: 10 min<\/p>\n<p>Serves: 3-4 people<\/p>\n<p>1 mango<\/p>\n<p>2 spring onion<\/p>\n<p>1 green chilli<\/p>\n<p>1 tomato<\/p>\n<p>salt<\/p>\n<p>Step 1: <span data-offset-key=\"5sc09-0-0\">Top, tail and peel the <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"5sc09-0-1\">mango<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"5sc09-0-3\">, then stand the <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"5sc09-0-4\">mango<\/span>\u00a0<span data-offset-key=\"5sc09-0-7\">upright and very carefully slice the flesh away from the stone<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1s8lm\" data-offset-key=\"4pa4h-0-0\">Step 2: <span data-offset-key=\"75u54-0-0\">Dice the <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"75u54-0-1\">mango flesh<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"75u54-0-2\"> finely, discard the stone<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1s8lm\" data-offset-key=\"4pa4h-0-0\">Step 3: Trim, then slice the spring onions, and chop the coriander finely, including the stalks. Slice the remaining green chilli finely and dice the tomatoes<\/p>\n<p data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1s8lm\" data-offset-key=\"4pa4h-0-0\">Step 4: Add the remaining diced mango to a bowl with the sliced spring onion, chopped coriander, diced tomato and sliced green chilli.<\/p>\n<p data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1s8lm\" data-offset-key=\"4pa4h-0-0\">Step 5: <span data-offset-key=\"7ivlc-0-0\">Drizzle with a little <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"7ivlc-0-1\">olive oil<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"7ivlc-0-2\">, season with a pinch of<\/span><span data-offset-key=\"7ivlc-0-3\"> salt <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"7ivlc-0-4\">and give everything a good stir \u2013 this is your <\/span><span data-offset-key=\"7ivlc-0-5\">mango salsa<\/span><\/p>\n<div data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1s8lm\" data-offset-key=\"4pa4h-0-0\"><\/div>\n<h2>What is Gousto?<\/h2>\n<p>Dinner, but not as you know it.
