Is it dessert?<\/p>\n<p>Who cares, it\u2019s delicious<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients (Serves 2)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 egg yolks<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp condensed milk<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>2 double shots of hot espresso to serve<\/li>\n<li>Cocoa powder to dust &#8211; optional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong>: Using an electric whisk beat the egg yolks for 30 seconds to a minute until slightly foamy and lighter in colour.\u00a0 Add the condensed milk and vanilla and beat for a further 4 minutes until pale and foamy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong>: Pour the fresh espresso into glasses &#8211; we recommend double walled coffee glasses to keep your coffee hot, but this isn\u2019t essential.
