Take them on a culinary adventure to India by sharing this recipe!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients (Serves 2)<\/h2>\n<p>1 red chilli<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp ground turmeric<\/p>\n<p>20g mint sauce<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp curry powder<\/p>\n<p>80g baby leaf spinach<\/p>\n<p>120g butternut squash cubes<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 vegetable stock cube<\/p>\n<p>2 wholemeal pittas (feel free to swap in rotis, naan bread or any other bread you like)<\/p>\n<p>80g coconut yoghurt<\/p>\n<p>25g solid coconut cream<\/p>\n<p>3.8g black mustard seeds<\/p>\n<p>1 can of green lentils (400g)<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<div class=\"row \">\n<div class=\"col-sm-7 col-xs-12 indivrecipe-cooking-text-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"indivrecipe-cooking-text\">\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Add the <strong>butternut squash cubes\u00a0<\/strong>to a heatproof bowl, cover with <strong>cling film<\/strong> and pierce a few holes in the top.<\/p>\n<p>Put the bowl in the\u00a0<strong>microwave<\/strong> and cook for 5-6 min or until the squash cubes are fork tender.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row \">\n<div class=\"col-sm-5 col-xs-12 indivrecipe-cooking-img\">\n<div class=\"content\"><span class=\"indivrecipe-cooking-step step-3\"><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Meanwhile, boil half a kettle.
