With a creamy hit of <a href=\"https:\/\/seedandbean.co.uk\/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI4d2WqYCA5AIVRbDtCh2e0wYhEAAYASAAEgLs1_D_BwE\">Seed &amp; Bean<\/a> Coconut and Raspberry flavoured chocolate in every bite, it\u2019s the perfect weekend recipe to prep for grab-and-go snacks throughout the week.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients (makes 12 bars):<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Cups Oats<\/li>\n<li>\u00be Cup Fresh Raspberries<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc Cup Desiccated Coconut<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp. Flaxseeds<\/li>\n<li>1 Tsp. Chia Seeds<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc Cup Flaked Almonds<\/li>\n<li>1 Bar Raspberry &amp; Coconut Seed &amp; Bean (chopped)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc Cup Agave<\/li>\n<li>5 Tbsp. Coconut Oil (melted)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc Cup Nut Butter (any will taste great but we LOVE Manilife!)<\/li>\n<li>2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract<\/li>\n<li>Pinch Salt<\/li>\n<li>Pinch Nutmeg<\/li>\n<li>Pinch Cinnamon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Method (10 mins prep time, 18-20 mins bake time)<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius and line a small baking tray with baking paper.<\/li>\n<li>In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the oats, coconut, flax and chia seeds, almonds and chocolate.<\/li>\n<li>Pour all the wet ingredients into the dry and give everything a good mix, until the mixture forms small clumps.<\/li>\n<li>Gently fold in the raspberries. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tray and press down firmly and evenly.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the oats begin to turn golden brown.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from the oven and leave to cool.<\/li>\n<li>Once cool enough, pop the bars in the fridge overnight so they set completely. Remove them from the fridge, cut into bars and they\u2019re ready to eat.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with a drizzle of dark chocolate for a bit of extra indulgence.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You can stash these bars in an airtight container for up to 5 days (but we\u2019re not sure you\u2019ll be able to resist that long!).
