In the Gousto test kitchen this week, we’ve been developing different types of frittatas. Frittatas are egg-based dishes described by Delia Smith as “Italy’s version of an open-faced omelette”. Indeed, they are similar to an omelette or quiche and contain any additional ingredients you may feel like adding as a filling.
The frittatas below contain a little bit of everything from the Gousto store cupboards. Before we add them to our recipe list, however, we will fully develop one vegetarian and one meat option. Our test versions tasted delicious, so we’re looking forward to lots of ongoing development!
