Tender Steak & Creamy Stroganoff Linguine
This dish is the winter kitchen equivalent of a triple threat: it’s a savory stew, satisfying pasta and sensational steak dish in one! Beef stroganoff and Italian linguine might sound like an impossible pairing but trust us, this is an unparalleled recipe for classy comfort food with an out-there edge.
Beef Stroganoff first appeared in a Russian cookbook 200 years ago. It’s now known and loved as far afield as Japan and Brazil and although no two recipes are quite the same, they all agree on one thing: strogonoff should be hot, creamy and comforting.
With this tradition in mind, we’ve added our own contemporary twist to beef stroganoff by adding minute steaks, which cook nearly as fast as their name suggests, to the classic velvety mushroom sauce. Served with Italian linguine, it’s a melt-in-the-mouth marriage made in heaven of two European classics.
