Mediterranean Lamb & Artichoke Linguine with Rosemary
This Mediterranean Lamb and Artichoke Linguine with Rosemary is a delicious and healthy treat. The tender British lamb goes extremely well with the rosemary and other hearty flavours present in this dish. It’s also a great source of vitamin B, zinc, iron and protein.
To make the pasta beautifully creamy, we use onion, garlic and vegetable stock, rather than actual cream or other heavy ingredients. The artichoke hearts absorb the sauce’s flavours well, helping to give the recipe an authentic Italian touch. They’re also fairly healthy, due to their high protein levels and low fat content.
