Vegetables with Bulgar Wheat and Fresh Coriander Chutney
This Vegetables with Bulgar Wheat and Fresh Coriander Chutney combines a variety of healthy vegetables, served on a bed of fluffy bulgar wheat and fresh coriander chutney. Goats’ cheese then lends the finishing creamy touch to this vegetarian feast.
The inspiration for our chutney comes from South India. Here fresh chutneys come in a wide variety, including mixtures of spices, vegetables and fruit – particularly common are coriander, coconut and mango chutney. They are substantially different from the sweeter versions popular in the UK. Our introductory version is based on coriander and complemented with ginger, lemon, cumin and chillies. Pure flavour explosion!
