Happy April! The weather’s jumping from lightning storms to perfect sunshine, so we’ve created this banoffee fool fusion recipe to help bridge the gap until the warm summer months.
Fool is a summery dessert. It taps into the delicious array of fine British berries, such as the gooseberry, to create a bastion of the nation’s summertime cuisine. We’ve done away with the berries as they aren’t in season yet, replacing them with banana, pecans, oaty biscuits and a homemade salted toffee sauce. The sugar rush will keep you warm until summer!
