The new Beauty and the Beast film is coming out in a few days, and the unlikely couple mentioned in the film’s title has started us thinking about other unexpected pairings in the area we know most about: the world of food.

Salty, fragrant and hot, Thai curry paste is a perfect partner for the sweet, juicy taste of red grapes in this nourishing noodle bowl. This recipe is a great example of opposites attracting, and the result is an explosion of flavour.
